The “User Settings” refers to the function for registering the information of users who utilize the Motivation Cloud services—Engagement, Sharing, and Role Development.

*1: To configure common settings, in addition to login access to Motivation Cloud, “Common Administrator” permissions are required.
*2: In initial settings, the System Owner’s “Survey Response Method” is set to “Do not answer.” If the System Owner is to answer the survey, it is necessary to change the setting in User Settings to “Answer via email or message.”
*3: To view or export overall results, in addition to setting the role to “Action Plan Manager,” you must either designate them as overall responsible in “Action Plan Manager Settings” or grant them overall view permissions in “View Permissions Settings.”
In the “Survey Report Export,” only the “Data Sheet” and “Survey Summary” can be downloaded.
*4: When “Department Administrator Settings” are configured for an Action Plan Manager, they can configure Focus Survey Implementation Settings for their department.
