Confirm the login status and resend the account activation email
You can check each user's login status and resend the account activation email to those who have not completed the login process.
Check User Login Status
① Go to "Admin" ▶ "User Settings" ▶ "User List"
② Select the service name from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner.
③ Check each user's login status under "Status".

Before Invitation
Users who have not yet received the account activation email -
Pending Login
Users who received the email but have not logged in yet -
Expired
Users who received the email but cannot log in because the password setup period has expired -
Logged In
Users who have completed the login process
You can search and filter users.
Resend Account Activation Email
You can resend the account activation email only to users with the status "Pending Login" or "Expired".
① Go to "Admin" ▶ "User Settings" ▶ "Resend Account Activation Email", and select either "Resend to selected users" or "Resend in bulk with specified conditions".
② Select the users to resend the email to, and click "Resend".
This screen appears when you choose "Resend in bulk with conditions".
③ Click "Resend"
Emails are sent immediately upon clicking "Resend". You cannot schedule the email delivery.

Check Scheduled and Sent Emails
Click "User Settings" ▶ "List of Sent Emails"
You can view both scheduled and sent emails.
