Change the sending date and time of the Account Activation Email
You can change the scheduled date and time for sending the configured Account Activation Email.
⚠ Caution Once an email sending schedule has been set, it cannot be changed to “Do not send”.

Change by Selecting Users
① From the “Admin” screen ▶ Click “User Settings” ▶ “List of Sent Emails”
② Under “Scheduled to be Sent,” select the user you want to update ▶ Click “Email Sending Settings” ▶ “Configure Selected Send Schedule”
- Scheduled to be Sent: Displays all emails scheduled to be sent
- Sent: Displays emails that have already been sent
③ Choose “Send Now” or “Specify Date and Time,” then click “Save”
Change by Specifying Conditions
① From the “Admin” screen ▶ Click “User Settings” ▶ “List of Sent Emails”
② Under “Scheduled to be Sent,” select the user you want to update ▶ Click “Email Sending Settings” ▶ “Configure in Bulk with Specified Conditions”
- Scheduled to be Sent: Displays all emails scheduled to be sent
- Sent: Displays emails that have already been sent
③ From the “Target Settings” dropdown, select the relevant product and role ▶ Choose “Send Now” or “Specify Date and Time” ▶ Click “Save”
