Check the available languages for each service
Available Languages by Service
In Motivation Cloud, supported languages vary by service and screen. If English is set as the user's display language, services and screens that do not support English will appear in Japanese. If a language other than Japanese or English is selected, English will be displayed where available.
*1: Only the data sheet and survey summary are supported in multiple languages.
*2: Only the survey summary is supported in multiple languages.
*3: If you are using Motivation Cloud Engagement and the survey's question type is set to "For Government Agencies," only Japanese is available.
User Language Switching
The language registered in User Settings by the common administrator is displayed by default. However, users can freely change the display language.
Switching Languages on the Answer Screen
Respondents can switch the display language. Available options are limited to the languages supported by each service.
Switching Languages in the Account Settings Screen
From the upper-right icon > “Account Settings,” users can set the preferred order of display languages. However, selected languages will only be applied where supported by each service and screen.
