User Settings is a function for registering information about users who use Motivation Cloud Engagement, Sharing, and Role Development.

※1 To configure Common Settings, users must have permission to log in to Motivation Cloud as well as Common Administrator permission.
※2 By default, the “Survey Response Method” for System Owners is set to “Do not respond.” If a System Owner will respond to surveys, this must be changed to “Respond via email or message” in User Settings.
※3 To view or export overall results, in addition to setting the role to “Action Plan Manager,” assign the user as the person in charge of overall results in “Action Plan Manager Settings,” or grant permission to view overall results in “Viewing Permission Settings.”
※4 For materials that Action Plan Managers can download, please refer to “Download Engagement Survey Results.”
※5 If “Department Administrator Settings” are configured for an Action Plan Manager, they can configure Focus Survey Implementation Settings for their assigned department.
