Reset your password

You can reissue the password setup URL from the login screen.

① Click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen

You can switch the display language from the top right corner of the screen.
For details on available languages for each service, please refer to Check the available languages for each service.

② Enter your registered email address and click "Send"

A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address.

③ Check your email and click "Resetting your Password"

Please complete the password reset within one hour of reissuing the link.

• Sender email address: MOTIVATION CLOUD <[e-mail]>
• Subject: Password Reset Request Received

④ Enter a new password and click "Save"

The new password must meet the following criteria:

• Must be between 12 and 72 characters long.
• Must include at least three of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols (e.g., !@#$%^&*).
• Cannot contain your email address or simple sequences like "abcd" or "1234".
• You cannot reuse your most recently used password.
• The password will be applied across all connected Motivation Cloud services.

⑤ Enter your "Email Address" and the new "Password", then click "Login"

⚠Caution

• After 10 consecutive failed login attempts, your account will be locked for 1 minute.
  If your account is locked, please try logging in again after 1 minute.
   
• If you use the same email address for multiple Motivation Cloud services or company accounts, changing your password will also update it for those other services.
