Set Organization/Attribute Language

What Are Organization/Attribute Language Settings?

Organization/Attribute Language Settings allow you to specify the display language for "Departments" and "Attribute Items" shown on the survey response and result screens. 
Please configure the language settings before registering any organizations or attributes.
Even if you intend to use only Japanese, you must configure the language settings before registering organizations or attributes for the first time.

⚠Caution

Motivation Cloud Sharing currently supports only Japanese. Therefore, organizations and attributes will be displayed in Japanese.

Check the available languages for each service

Steps

① Click "Admin" ▶ "Organization Settings" ▶ "Language Settings"

You can configure the language settings from either Organization Settings or Attribute Settings. Please use one of them.

② Click "Edit"

③ Select the language(s) to use and click "Save"

Deleting a Language

Deleting a language will remove the corresponding display language settings for organizations and attributes. These languages will no longer appear on the Organization/Attribute Settings screen or in CSV files.

① Click "Language Settings" ▶ "Edit"

② Uncheck the language(s) you want to delete and click "Save"

③ Review the caution notes, check the box, and click "Save"
