What Is the Number of Users for the Service?
The number of users for the service refers to the number of users included within the contract limit of each service. Applicable users are determined based on the settings for either "Service Availability" or "Basic Service."
For Engagement and Sharing, users are counted toward the limit if their "Service Availability" is set to "Enabled."
For Role Development, users are counted if their "Basic Service" is set to "Included."
How to Check the Number of Users by Service
You can check the number of users for each service by following the steps below.
Steps
① Click "Admin" ▶ "User Settings" ▶ "Bulk Settings"
② Under "2. Edit File", click "Open Available User Count List by Service"
Handling Users on Leave or Resigned
Users on Leave
If you want to temporarily disable a user due to leave or other reasons, please update their "Service Availability" or "Basic Service" settings. This will prevent login to Motivation Cloud and answering surveys without deleting the user's account.
For Engagement and Sharing, set "Service Availability" to "Disabled."
For Role Development, set "Basic Service" to "Not Included."
*For Engagement, if "Service Availability" is set to "Disabled", both the "Action Plan Manager Settings" and "View Permission Settings" will be cleared. When re-enabling the service, please reconfigure these settings.
Resigned Users
Please delete the user from the "User Settings" screen.
Effects of Deleting a User
- For Engagement, deleting a user does not remove their past survey results.
- For Role Development, once a user is deleted, re-registering with the same email address will treat them as a different user. Previous survey and stretch plan data cannot be restored.
